Mr R G (Bert) Eastoe, Director, is a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing), a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, Member Australian Institute of Company Directors, Former Chairman of the Albury Wodonga Area Consultative Committee, Member Australian Institute of Management. He is a graduate from Lincoln University, New Zealand with a Diploma in Agriculture and Farm Management.

Mr Michael Quealy, Director, is a Bachelor of Business (Property), is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Member of the Australian Institute of Management and former Chairman of the Australian Property Institute's Albury-Wodonga Group, with extensive experience in tourism, leisure and Alpine properties, commercial and industrial valuations and market research in regional Victoria and New South Wales.


Mr MG (Merv) Hooper, Director, is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and has tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Valuations and Commerce. He has broad and extensive valuation experience in both the valuation and banking sectors.

Mr Andrew Kemp, Director, is a Bachelor of Building & Construction Management, has a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment and an Advance Diploma Property (Valuation); is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Prior to joining Cosgraves, was engaged in varied property consultancy roles in both Asia and Australia. He specialises in tourism, leisure, commercial and industrial valuations.

Mr Brett Roberts, Valuer, is a Bachelor of Business and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. He has nine years experience in valuations, primarily involved in statutory, residential, commercial and industrial valuations.
Mr Tom Hickey, Valuer, is a Bachelor Commerce (Property Economics) and an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute, with nine years valuation experience in residential, commercial and industrial valuations.
Mr Kelvin Noske, Valuer, is a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, has an Associate Diploma in Business (Valuation) and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. He has broad valuation experience within the banking industry and, since 2004 has specialised in statutory valuations in NSW.
Mr Caleb Groch, Valuer, is a Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation) (Hons), RMIT, and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and currently engaged as a Valuer in statutory valuations.
Mr Shane Dymke, Valuer, is a Bachelor of Business (Property) and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Property Institute and currently engaged as a Valuer in statutory valuations.
Ms Brie McClaren, is a Bachelor of Business (Property) 2011 and is a Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute and is primarily involved in Valuation services for the tourism sector.

Mr Conrad Ducat, is a Bachelor of Business Studies (Property Management & Valuation) (Property) 2006 and is a Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute and is primarily involved in Valuation services for the Albury Local Government Area Rating and Taxing Contract.
